Covers and Backgrounds
Page Kits
- Simply drag-and-drop any picture from the media tray onto the page background, and voila! you've just created a custom background or cover!
- If you have a solid understanding of a graphic design program such as PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro, here are some advanced tips such as ideal page dimensions and how to create a cover with a cutout element
- Feel free to submit any of your images to the Picaboo Community Download section
Page Kits
- Page kits are simply backgrounds that have been designed with a specific Picaboo page layout in mind
- It is recommended that you have a solid understanding of a graphic design program such as PhotoShop or Paint Shop Pro
- Make sure you design your background with a specific Picaboo page layout in mind so that you leave room for the image wells and text areas
- Do not create visible image wells as part of your design (this is because the edges may become visible when printing at home) - just leave "blank" areas where the image well(s) and text area(s) will go - see examples
